This will soon hang from my little girl's door to get her all excited for Valentines Day. What a great way to get rid of some extra fabric sitting around! Inspiration from design {etc}.

Bend the hanger to form a circle.
Cut strips of fabric and ribbon to desired length and width. With each piece of fabric and ribbon, tie a regular knot around the wire hanger.
It will probably look uneven like this , so trim fabric and ribbon after you have tied them all on, to create an even look.
Tie a big tule bow on the top if you wish.
