DIY: Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

I only blog about a recipe if it is super tasty, and this fits the bill. This Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo is incredibly easy to make and your taste buds will scream for joy! Oh man, and boy is it fattening. My engineer hubby got this recipe from a roommate in college.

Chicken Fettuccine AlfredoMelt 1 stick of butter in a pot on med-low heat1-1/2 C heavy whipping cream1/2 tsp garlic powder1/8 tsp pepperSimmer for 15 minutesAdd 2 C parmesan cheeseStir until meltedAdd cooked chicken, grilled or shreddedServe over fettuccine noodlesEnjoy!
