We don't have any storage space inside our home for our patio furniture, and it needs to be covered before the snow comes. We also didn't want to spend a bunch of money on waterproof patio furniture covers, and so this is what we came up with.
Buy a water-resistant car cover at Walmart for around $25. (On the website it doesn't say water-resistant, but on the box it does. Go figure.) Place it on top of your furniture. We were able to fit 4 pieces of furniture under it and still had extra room to tuck everything in.
It's not the prettiest thing, but neither are the "real" furniture covers.Crossing our fingers it works. Stephanie
